It will be true that in most of the cases the penny stocks investing is found to be unprofitable investments and beginners used to suffer losses in stock trading.

Workers unload food aid from MV Liberty Sun (File Photo)Details are emerging about a failed hijacking of an American cargo ship in the Gulf of Aden, Tuesday. The attack came just days after the U.S. Navy rescued an American hostage from pirates off the eastern coast of Somalia.Crewman's mom gets email alert
A crewman aboard the U.S.-flagged ship MV Liberty Sun sent an e-mail message to his mother, doudoune moncler, in which he described the attack.
Shortly before noon, Tuesday, he wrote that pirates were firing rocket-propelled grenades and automatic weapons at the vessel. Crewmembers quickly barricaded themselves in the engine room. The sailor told his mother that no one had been hurt, but a rocket had penetrated the ship's bulkhead causing minor damage.
It is not clear how the 20 American crew members kept the pirates from seizing the ship. By the time a U.S. Navy destroyer, the USS Bainbridge, arrived at the scene of the attack about six hours later, the hijackers had left.
The Bainbridge was involved in Sunday's rescue of an American ship captain, who had been taken hostage by pirates during another failed hijacking attempt of a U.S. ship, last week.
Rescued captain still aboard warship
U.S. Navy photo shows Maersk-Alabama Capt. Richard Phillips, right, polo ralph lauren pas cher, standing alongside Cmdr. Frank Castellano, franklin & marshall, commanding officer of the USS Bainbridge, after being rescued by U.S. forces off the coast of SomaliaThe captain of the container vessel Maersk Alabama, Richard Phillips, ralph lauren pas cher, was freed after Navy snipers aboard the Bainbridge killed three pirates, who had been holding Phillips on an enclosed lifeboat taken from the Maersk.
The Navy warship was transporting Phillips to Kenya when it was called to respond to the attack on Liberty Sun.
Pirates threatened to target US ships
Somali pirates had threatened to target American ships and their crew in revenge for the rescue of the American captain. But maritime monitors in East Africa say there is no evidence to suggest that the Liberty Sun was targeted because it was a U.S.-flagged ship.
UN endorses military action against pirates
The monitors say sunny weather and calm seas along Somalia's coast are largely responsible for the recent spike in pirate activity. Four vessels and about 60 crew members have been seized since Sunday.
United Nations Special Envoy to Somalia Ahmedou Ould-Abdullah issued a statement Wednesday, christian louboutin, endorsing the military action taken by the United States and France, louboutin pas cher, who launched a similar operation, last week, to rescue hostages on a yacht. Ould-Abdullah says the operations sent a strong message to pirates. But he says the international community must do more to quickly identify and hold accountable those who are supporting and financing pirate activities.
Who is backing pirates?
Horn of Africa analyst Roger Middleton says that may be a difficult task, ralph lauren, because no one knows just how many financial backers there are.
He adds the ransom money from piracy, which is estimated to have exceeded $30 million last year, has now permeated so much of Somali society, it is now virtually impossible to know who is involved in piracy and who is not.
"One of the things that pirates have done really well is to make sure that they are paying many people in different parts of the political network as possible," Middleton said. "Pro-government, anti-government, types of government, louboutin pas cher, armed groups are all getting a kickback."
Overwhelming economic incentive
Middleton says, although military force remains an option to fight pirates on the high seas, he believes it will not deter attacks.
"To be honest, my feeling is that the economic incentive for the pirates is so overwhelming, it is not going to necessarily alter the dynamics of this," Middleton said.
Pirates have already attacked nearly 80 ships in the region since January. About 19 vessels are being held, franklin marshall, with an estimated 300 crew members.

This is the VOA Special English Agriculture Report.

Less than a third of people in developing countries own or have any official right to the land they live on. Groups like UN-Habitat and its partners are working on a simple way to secure land rights for millions of people. Development experts say gaining land rights is important for reducing poverty and increasing economic growth and food production.

Poor people can then use the land as security to get bank loans. Land records can also show foreign investors that the land and the rights of those on it are legally secure. Foreign demand has increased in recent years for agricultural land in Africa, polo ralph lauren pas cher, Asia and South America. UN-Habitat official Clarissa Augustinus in Nairobi, franklin marshall, Kenya, explains why land records are so important.

CLARISSA AUGUSTINUS: "When an investor goes to the government and says 'I want a piece of land,' the government looks on their maps which show that that particular piece of land is empty, ralph lauren, and they give it to an investor. But when the investor goes there and looks at the land, he sees that it is fully occupied by a tribe or a family or whatever."

Forcing the people off the land can harm the image of the investor.

CLARISSA AUGUSTINUS: "It can cause what the European investors are calling reputation risk."

Ownership documents like deeds and titles are rare, moncler pas cher, she says, louboutin pas cher, because establishing property lines and recording land is expensive.

CLARISSA AUGUSTINUS: "You could be talking a couple of hundred dollars to create a deed or a title. And most countries cannot afford to give the majority of citizens, ralph lauren pas cher, at this point in time, louboutin, ownership rights because of the cost of creating it,louboutin pas cher, and most individuals cannot afford to subsidize it."

UN-Habitat says the answer in some countries is to create a series of steps in gaining land rights -- a so-called property ladder. First, people could receive a simple document or starter title to the land they are on. They would be safe from the threat of being forced off the land by the state or wealthy buyers. Higher steps would provide greater rights. Finally, a majority of a community could decide to allow individual ownership of the land.

Namibia, Uganda, doudoune moncler, Tanzania and Zambia are among the countries adopting property ladders. Ms. Augustinus says Ethiopia has already provided twenty million land certificates on the lower end of the property ladder for about one dollar each.

In Southeast Asia, louboutin, the United States Agency for International Development is working on a project to help Timor-Leste develop property rights. The first step is an official certificate recognizing a landholder's unopposed claim. East Timor separated from Indonesia in nineteen ninety-nine. The Indonesian army had destroyed land records and forced communities from their land to break up resistance.

And that's the VOA Special English Agriculture Report. I'm Bob Doughty.

It will be right that trading is bit tough only if the investor is vague about the technicalities of using the features of the trade, but once it is clearly understood but once one is clear about it we will be able to reap huge profits out of it.
