( two) processing aids in general should be removed before made final ,,have provisions for food residues except .Food processing aids residue should not harm ,should not be in the final food plays a functional role .

( 2)for failing to meet the provisions of (1 ),but with a clear safety evaluation results at home and abroad ,widely used as a processing aid material ,according to domestic use survey results ,with reference to international usage defines the function ,abercrombie,scope of application, residues still adhere to the GB2760 & ldquo;food processing aid should generally be the final product is removed before made ,have specified residual amount with the exception of the principle of &rdquo .
( 3)for one of the following conditions ,suggest that the deletion : one ,mercurial vapor,survey results obviously belong to the food additive functional material ,mercurial vapor,such as the results of a survey of the thickener ,emulsifier ,leavening agent ,do not include food processing aid ;second, the original GB2760 food processing aidlist material ,but the survey shows home no longer use varieties ;thirdly ,mercurial,the original processing aids used in the main function for the provision of food and food container with disinfection and sterilization ,lubricating and cleaning ,fermentation with nutrients in accordance with the food safety law requirement should be included in the food material .
In accordance with the principles of treatment, put forward 30 kinds in all kinds of used in the food processing ,44have to be limited tospecific functions and the use range ,45toremove the food processing aid list .
With the original GB2760 food processing aidlist ,add single fatty acid esters of glycerol ,phospholipid ,calcium sulfate ,citric acid ,Brazil palm wax ,Twain 20 ,Twain 60 ,Twain 80 ,sucrose fatty acid ester and other 9 kinds of material to be removed ,45 kinds ofmaterial .
